Community of Catholic Women (CCW)
All women of the parish are members of the CCW.
Mission
- To develop the women's spiritual growth through faith, hope and love.
- To encourage the women of our parish to attend meetings, participate in the projects promoted by our council, the regional, and the national council of Catholic Women.
- To unite the Catholic Church in its teaching.
- To provide altar care.
Projects
- Quiet raffle in the spring.
- Bazaar on the first weekend in November
- The proceeds from these proejcts are used to provide all items for the altar (as needed) such as linens, bread, wine, candles, vestments, lectionary, etc.
- We do fund food banks, pregnancy alternatives, St. Vincent Home, St. Mary School, and St. Mary Church.
- From items donated by our parhioners we are packing and mailing packages to our service persons.
